Pest control for Edmonton offices

Discreet, outside working hours, and aimed at the three places an office actually has a problem.

Evenings and weekends
so nobody works around us
Nothing announces itself
no branding, no conversation on the floor
A record you can forward
to building management as it is

Where it starts

An office has no kitchen, and three problems anyway

An office has no kitchen and no stock, so the assumption is that it has no pest problem. What it has is a break room, a lot of cardboard and a building full of voids that nobody opens, and it usually shares all three with the floors above and below it.

The break room and the bins

The only food in the building and the only bin that is not emptied nightly. A single unlidded bin is enough to keep a population going.

Cabling voids and risers

A riser runs the height of the building and is not a boundary. What is on the second floor is on your floor, which is why an office problem is rarely only yours.

Anywhere cardboard accumulates

Deliveries, storage, the corner by the printer. Cardboard is harbourage and it arrives from somewhere else already occupied.

You answer to your staff and your building manager

One sighting in a shared kitchen becomes an all-staff email, and in a leased floor it becomes a conversation with building management about whose problem it is. A dated record of what has been done is what ends that conversation.

Some of the accounts we run

Restaurants, grocery, property management and condo boards across the city, on the same documented schedule.

The visit

What an office visit is built around

  • Evenings or weekends, so nobody works around us
  • The break room, the risers and the storage, every visit
  • Discreet: no branding on the van conversation you did not ask for
  • A written record you can forward to building management as it is
A commercial kitchen with stainless prep tables, overhead shelves of pans and a gas range under a hood.

Not your building?

The method is the same everywhere. What changes is where we look first and who the record is for.

Restaurants and kitchens

Out of hours, documented, and built around the places a kitchen actually fails rather than the places a visitor sees.

Pest control here

What office managers ask

Yes. Visits run in the evening or at the weekend, nothing about the visit is branded, and equipment sits out of sightlines and is mapped by number rather than labelled. Most office accounts run for years without anybody but the office manager knowing one exists.

Usually the building's, wearing your suite's name, because risers and cabling voids are not boundaries and what is on the second floor is on yours. The dated record of what has been done on your floor is what settles that conversation with building management, and it is written so you can forward it unedited.

The odd sighting is what a shared building shows you. The population lives in the voids between floors, which is why it never quite goes away. A light program, the break room, the risers and the storage on a cycle, costs less than the one all-staff email a real sighting sends.

Anything not here, call 825-522-1997 and describe it. Most of the time we can tell you what it is on the phone.
