What to have ready

None of it is required. All of it makes the call shorter and the first visit more useful.

  • Where you are seeing it, and roughly how long it has been going on.
  • Whether it is a home or a business, and roughly the size of the property.
  • Any pets in the house, so we can tell you what to expect before and after.
  • A photo if you have one. It often settles the identification before we arrive.
