Treated in the cracks and voids they actually live in, not sprayed across a floor.
From $350 after inspection, priced before we start

The method
Behind and under appliances, in the void beside a dishwasher, inside cabinet corners. The floor is where you see them, not where they are.
Product goes into the cracks and cavities. A surface spray they walk over once is not how this is solved.
A second treatment catches what hatched after the first, which is the step most DIY attempts skip.
We come back and confirm rather than assuming silence means success.
Instead of the usual
A blanket floor spray looks thorough and misses the voids entirely. It is why a supermarket product usually makes a roach problem quieter rather than smaller.
On the job
The gap under the counter, which is the first place anything lives.
Treatment goes in around service, not instead of it.On the day
Before we arrive
We will tell you which cupboards to clear before the visit. Not the whole kitchen.
Afterwards
The second treatment is what catches the next generation, so the job is not finished at the first visit and is not priced as though it were.
Book an inspection
Cockroaches treatment starts at $350. The figure is set after we have seen it, and before anything is applied.
About cockroaches specifically.
Not entirely, and not the whole room. What matters is getting at the voids and cracks they actually live in, which usually means clearing specific cupboards rather than packing up a kitchen. We tell you which ones before the visit, so you are not doing work that was never needed.
Because it treats the surface they walk over, not the void they live in. A cockroach population sits behind and under the fittings and only crosses open floor to feed, so a surface spray kills whatever is out at the time and leaves the rest. What you notice afterwards is that they got quieter, not fewer.
Products for household insects are formulated at low concentration and placed into the cracks and voids rather than across open surfaces. Depending on the application it is best to stay out of the treated rooms for a few hours, and we tell you which and for how long before we start.
Rarely, and we would rather say that now than after the first visit. Eggs already laid are not reached by the first application, so a second treatment is timed to catch what hatches from them. That is the visit that ends it, and it is planned in from the start rather than sold to you later.
Anything not here, call 825-522-1997 and describe it. Most of the time we can tell you what it is on the phone.
