One-off treatments are priced after an inspection, from the figures on each service page. The maintenance program is what keeps a property clear afterwards.
Work it out
Tell us what it is and where, and we will show you where the job starts. Every job is built for the property it is on, so the figure is set on site, and it is not the cheapest number you will find in Edmonton.
Step 1 of 7
The inspection is free, and the figure comes before any work starts.
A programme is built from parts, not picked off a card. Add what the property needs and the figure builds as you go: stations are a flat rate, sprays are a floor, and the size of the place sets the rest at the inspection.
Exterior bait stations
Commercial grade, locked and weather sealed. Placed at the inspection, refilled every quarter and monitored between visits.
$25 a station, a month
The stationsA station goes where the runway is, tight to the wall.
The perimeterA winter perimeter, worked along the stone base of the house.
The recordThe report starts on the tailgate before anyone drives away.Three things, and you are told all three at the inspection rather than on the invoice.
A two-bedroom condo and a four-bedroom house with an attic are not the same job, and pricing them the same would mean one of the two is paying for the other.
A nest at the deck is an afternoon. Activity that has been in a wall or an attic through a winter is a project, with restoration at the end of it.
Treating is the fast half. The exclusion work that stops it coming back is scoped at the inspection, and you decide how far it goes.
Every price below is a starting figure. The inspection sets the final number and you get it before any work begins, which is what we mean by no hidden fees.
1 type of treatment
starting at$200
5 types of treatment
starting at$250
Where most of the list starts. Treated where they actually are, at the perimeter or in the room, rather than sprayed where they were seen.
6 types of treatment
starting at$350
Where the harder jobs start: the cracks, the voids and the entry points inside, or an animal caught and the way in closed behind it. A job that does not finish on the first visit.
1 type of treatment
starting at$500
Because a two-bedroom condo and a four-bedroom house with an attic are not the same job. The starting price is the floor for that treatment, and what moves it is the size of the property, how many ways in there are and how far the activity has already got. The inspection sets the number and you approve it before any work begins.
Yes. The maintenance program is a 12-month agreement, with visits and billing every quarter. It renews for another 12 months unless you email us at least 14 days before the renewal date, and cancelling before the 12 months are up makes the rest of the term due. The full agreement is on our terms and conditions page.
If activity returns between scheduled visits on a plan, we come back out. That is the difference between a plan and a series of treatments: the quarterly visit is the schedule, not the limit. Call and describe what you are seeing and it is dealt with as part of what you are already paying for.
No. Stations remain the property of YegPest Control and are serviced as part of the plan, refilled and checked every quarter rather than left to run empty. What you are paying for is the monitoring and the record of it rather than the hardware itself.
Anything not here, call 825-522-1997 and describe it. Most of the time we can tell you what it is on the phone.
