Where Devon is
Devon is a town southwest of Edmonton on the North Saskatchewan River, with ravines running through its newer neighbourhoods. A house that backs onto a ravine or the river valley has wildlife and insects arriving from the green side, which is a different job from a house in the middle of a subdivision.
Houses first, and a lot of them backing onto ravine, so the exterior and the way in are usually where the job starts.
